Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did

commit an assault by physical contact

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On November 25, 2014, I met with Randall Stephan in Early in reference to an assault that had occurred. Stephan advised that his step son Aaron
Zimmer had grabbed his throat and choked him during an argument in the vehicle. Stephan advised that after Zimmer grabbed his throat, he kicked
him out of the vehicle and made him walk home the rest of the way home, approxiamtely 4 blocks. Zimmer admitted to a verbal altercation, but denied
anything physical.
