REFLECTION

Alhamdulillah thankful to Allah for still giving me a chance to continue my

study again. I was shocked at the beginning when I received a call from Insitut
Perguruan on Wednesday 20th February 2013 and I was asked to come for hearing
a briefing on 22th February 2013. They have told me that I can continue my study
again and I have to come for my first class on 23th February 2013 . I felt very happy
to accept this opportunity although it will increase my responsibilities and change my
daily life routine. I could not let this opportunity fly away. I wanted my children to
realised that I didnt give up eventhough I had ever failed once and I want to show
them I still have courage to study at this age.
Actually I love to learn English Language because I want to learn other
language besides my mother tongue .Language is a knowledge. I learn WAJ 3103
English Language Proficiency 2 under Madam Norjayanthimala binti Mahadzir
supervised. I also love to learn grammar because I will upskill and enhanced my
English Language when I learn it. After learning English Proficiency 2 on my five
meetings that I had previously, many things I had learnt . I think my English
Language is now is better than before. Now I know how to use interjections,
prepositions and conjunctions correctly. Learning listening and speaking skills also
help me to deliver a speech more fluently. On the fisrt meeting, Madam
Norjayanthimala had assigned us to prepare an article in 400 words and memorize
it. That was the biggest challenge for me because she wants me to memorize the
article and do a presentation on it. At this age ,I felt hard to memorize and yet busy
in working but I tried my best. Furthermore , I seldom talk in front of people except
my beloved my pupils, so I felt very nervous when I thought about it. But luckily my
friend Zura told me that Madam Norjayanthimala allowed us to sneak a peek
sometimes at our article if we forgot . It was a big relieved for me. However it did
not low down my spirit. I wanted to do the best that I can insyaallah. For this task
,I had to do it individually.
For the group task , I had to do this task with my friend Rahaya bt
Yusof. First, we had to find an ordinary short story which is usually heard before.
We choose Rapunzel. It is an interesting story,It is about a beautiful girl that has a

very long hair . After that, we had to make graphics organiser for the summary that
we did before. It was quite a challenge for us. During completing this task ,
sometimes we had some problem to face. We actually didnt have much time to
make an appointment and it had to be cancelled in the last minute. Besides, we
were very busy working and have families to take care of. As wives, we also
have to manage households and at the same time we are also and an IPG student
in PPG mode. So , we had to manage our time wisely to finish all of our tasks. To
overcome these problems , we used the internet as our main thing to
communicate . We devided the tasks and combined them together . Tthanked to
Allah we could managed our tasks together with full cooperation . Every problems
and challenges that we faced make us matured and gain more knowledge.
Last but not least, we want to thank our beloved lecturer for her kindhearted
to help us in completing these tasks and for the knowledge that she thaught . May
Allah bless her with all His blesses. Amin.
