fullroundedges.Itookasimpleplasticcomponentwithfullroundedgeasshownintheimage

Thatwasagoodoverviewoftheprocess.Oneadditionalitem,makeuseofthe"DraftAnalysis"toolbeforeevengoing
intomolddesignprocess:
1.SelectDraftAnalysisandchoosethemodelnameinthemodeltree
2.Selectaplaneparalleltoyourpartingplane
3.Turnoffshading(ie,usehiddenlinemode)toseethepartedgesduringtheanalysis
4.Reviewthepart.Anysurfacethatiscolored"white"has0draftandneedstobefixed.
5.Youaregenerallylookingforapartwithtwocolorregionsonly.Onesideshouldbeallblue(lightanddark)andthe

othershouldbeallred(lightanddark).Youshouldnothaveany"islands"ofcolor.Theborderbetweenthetwocolorsis
yourpartingedge.
SpendingtimereviewingwithDraftanalysiscansaveheadachesinusingthesilhouettecurve.
