REFURBISHMENT, TESTING & SERVICE OF VALVES, STATIC

At KGEC, we deal with refurbishment, re-conditioning & testing of Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Control,
Safety, Butterfly, Needle, Plug, Piston type valves and all special valves ranging from 150# to 2500#
pressure rating.We also deal with refurbishment, re-conditioning & testing of Static and Rotating
equipmets such as pumps, motors, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers etc.

Repair and refurbishment of all types of valves upto 52 inch and upto pressure rating #2500.
Pressure tesing of all types of valves upto 52 inch and upto pressure rating #2500 .
Painting/ Re-conditioning of all types of valves upto 52 inch and upto pressure rating #2500 .
Repair and refurbishment, testing and reconditioning of all types of pumps, motors, compressors,
turbines, heat exchangers etc.
At KGEC we believe in green solutions and preserving natural resources& environment around us for
the future generations. Each valve that is manufactured for oil & gas industry is made of precious
and rare metals and it must be preserved or refurbished to extend its life after a successful service
period. At KGEC we provide the opportunity for extending life of used products by refurbishment,
repairs and re-conditioning for further use.

With best of quality and minimum costs, KGEC has taken a great leap forward by providing repairs
and refurbishment of valves. Our technicians are well trained to test the valve before taking up the
repairs. A qualified & experience engineer supervises the tests, troubleshoots and recommends the
required repairs/replacement based on test results and physical condition of the valve.

After the repairs each valve goes through stringent Quality Tests which are actually higher than a
brand new valve to confirm its ability. At this stage KGEC is well positioned to provide conformance
for the valve to be re- used.

We also undertake On-site valve maintenance, refurbishment and testing for the ease of our clients
and to save their valuable time during shut down maintenance. Our specialized team of experts will
provide you the best green solutions which will cut down cost and any possible delays.
