Thank you for purchasing C/S products. My name is Peter Lopez, with Construction Specialties Cubicle
Curtains. Here at C/S we take great pride in our work. If you have any questions regarding these drawings,
please contact me at (908) 849-4750 or at Email pelopez@c-sgroup.com.
The enclosed shop drawings represent our interpretation of your order based on data in our possession and our
standards. A field check is recommended. Our responsibility for job fit is limited to fabrication from these shop
drawings when released by you as approved or corrected.
A shipping schedule can be established only upon our receipt of one set of our shop drawings properly released
and mutually acceptable. This release MUST INCLUDE YOUR COLOR SELECTION (IF APPLICABLE)
AND A SIGNATURE. The average fabrication lead-time is two to three weeks on track orders and three to
four weeks on curtains, depending on fabric availability.

Maintenance
Because of the simplicity of the cubicle track system, there are no operating or
maintenance manuals. The All-Nylon wheels and axles are designed to perform flawlessly.
No lubrication is necessary and short of an occasional dusting, there is nothing else
required to be done.

Mark ceiling lightly where track is to be installed. Drill track at proper intervals. Start at the
center point of radius, and drill every 3' 0" on both directions. NOTE: Drill must be in perfect center
of track! When drilling ends of track, affix stops and gates and drill through these.
2.
Prop track against ceiling with boards. Mark ceiling through drilled holes. Remove
track and drill through ceiling. (Size of drill to be determined by type of fasteners
you are using.) NOTE: If track is to be mounted against wood backings, then keep
tracking against ceiling, drill "guide hole" through ceiling, and then use proper
length of Wood Screws for a strong hold.
3.
4.
Carrier Stop used at Terminus of track, with Carrier Gate used at Curtain Stacking
Point. Carriers need not be installed at this time; however, if they are, remove Gate
From fitting and insert proper amount of Carriers required for the curtain to be used.
Standard spacing is every 6" - which is more than ample to assure a strong installation. To figure
proper amount of Carriers, use this guide: Size of Curtains - Double - Plus One.
Example: 16' 0" Curtain - i.e. 16 plus 16 - plus one - total 33.
5.
Where track has to be spliced, pay particular attention to ends being joined. The
Splice being furnished has been designed in such a way to assure this; however, burrs cause the
Carriers to bind. Clean ends thoroughly, file burrs off, even forma small chamfer as a safeguard, and slip
both ends into Splice. Put fastener on both ends of track!
Suspended Installation
Basic instruction above also applies for a Suspended Installation, except the following:
1.
Standard Suspension height from floor is 7' 3". Install Wall Sockets per dimensions on Shop
Drawing at this height. Prop Large Bend, cut to proper size, with ends in Wall sockets. If an additional
cubical is to be attached, fit "Radius Tie Assembly" at radius of first cubical.
2.
Track Socket can be fitted to any of the four (4) points in the Radius Tie Assembly. With the
track at proper length and attach to both sockets by self-tapping screws furnished.
3.
4.
Carriers can be inserted into track by removing "Gate" which lies in Wall Sockets. Replace
Gate after proper amount of Carriers has been inserted.
5.
