Here is my internship report on Analysis the Investment Modes of First Security Islamic
Bank Ltd that you have assigned me to submit as a partial requirement for the course BBA
Internship.
This course gave me an opportunity to have an exposure to the working experience of First
Security Islamic Bank Limited. I have acquired a good understanding on operational
performance activities of First Security Islami Bank Limited.
I have tried my best level to put careful effort for the preparation of this report. Any

Executive Summary
Internship training refers to a joint program in which business schools and business house cooperate. The prime objective of such program is to provide students on the job exposure and
the opportunity to translate the bookish knowledge in real life situation. Furthermore, this
internship assignment is a vital requirement for obtaining Bachelor of Business
Administration (BBA) program. So I was supposed to work in First Security Islami Bank
Ltd.- Savar Branch, Savar.
In the first part, I have discussed about topic. Also I have discussed about the title of the
report, objective of the study, data analysis instrument, methodology, scope and limitation of
the study.
In the second part, I have discussed about the First Security Islami Bank Ltd. This part is
mainly focused on Islami concept of banking, background, vision, mission and total overview
of bank.
In the third part, I have discussed about the Investment System of First Security Islami Bank
Ltd. This part is mainly focused on Analysis of investment modes of this Bank, Savar
Branch.
In the fourth part, I mention actual task done by me. Here, I shared all experience during
Intern period in First Security Islami Bank Ltd. - Savar Branch, Savar.
In the last part, I try to define the research problem. Then I was tried to find out the business
research based actual situation and problems. After that I gave the methodology of the study
and hypothesis testing. At the end of the study I have presented finding, conclusion and
recommendations of First Security Islami Bank Ltd.
