I spoke with Ms. Rodgers. the deed's mother on 07/28/11 at 0000. Ms. Rodgers reported that the deed had no medical
history. Growing up the deed onb suffered from ADHD. The deed was not known to use drugs and/or alcohol. Ms.
Rodgers reported that the deed wus a private person for the most part. Thus if the deed used any drugs or consumed
alcohol the night of the party, this is unknown. Ms. Rodgers can only hope this wasn't the case. Ms. Rodgers stated
that she is aware that the deed was attending the party, as he rode to this located with a new friend, Craig White (Ms.
Rodgers had never met). Ms. Rodgers stated that she was going to pick up her son from this party later in the night.
Ms. Rodgers stated that she spoke with Lt. Smith from Lancaster PD this evening and was told that the investigation is
ongoing. Lancaster PD has some suspects but is not releasing any information.
