Dear Colleague,
There are five Ms of Management Resources;
Men, Machine, Material, Method and Money. All
these resources are managed, but it is bit
challenging to manage Human Resources. Men are
called Human Resources in the organization
parlance. To manage, it does not mean only to make
manpower available by recruitment and promotion.
Or by taking care of their salary, claims, transfer,
promotion and posting.
To manage, goes beyond and involves
competence building, performance measurement,
communicating, participation, productivity,
commitment, satisfaction and alignment of all with
organizations vision, mission and objectives.
Human resources is vital for organization as it
is this resources which drives all other management
resources in the organization. Therefore
organization must have committed and motivated
Human Resources. In short, organization success
depends on quality of Human Resources in the
organization.
In our organization we have streamlined
regular aspects of employees i.e. salary, claims,
transfer, promotion & posting, The ERP and
regular system improvements, we are trying to
improve on system, continuously.
We have also taken steps towards larger and
intangible aspect of Human Resources
Development. We have done organization
restructuring as per our business requirements. Our
service rules & regulation are uniformly governed
and are transparent. In the year 2010-2011, we have
introduced KRA/KPI weightage based
Performance Measurement System for employees
in Pay Group I & II. Reward & Recognition

MSETCL considered the evacuation of power from all generating plants to the respective load centers.
Zone wise year wise abstract of no.of substations, Transmission lines and Trformer's transmission
capacity.
A) No of substations
MSETCL once again bagged SAP ACE 2014 Award (Award for Customer
Excellence) under the Best Run Award in Utilities - Transmission Category.
This award is given by SAP India to recognise outstanding contribution in SAP
implementation by Public Sector Organisations at all India Level.
It is third recognition to MSETCL for ERP SAP. In the past, company bagged
SAP ACE in the year 2012, Maharashtra States DIT, E- governance Award in the
year 2013.
