Objectives of Exit Interview:

To gather information about employees experience at L&T finance


Inputs collected utilized to improve HR culture, Policies and Practices
Provide useful information to help employee retention in L&T Finance

Instructions to Administrator:

Exit interview is to be conducted by the Regional HR.


Exit interview to be conducted after Business Head has accepted the
resignation and during notice period.
