SALARY STRUCTURE

Non IT- Personnel


Salaries of Drivers/ Peon/ Stenographer/ Assistant/ Technicians/ Graphic
designers/ Hardware Engineers etc. are fixed above the wage levels notified
by the Delhi Administration from time to time.
The salary of higher level technical and non technical staff and managers will
be market driven and reviewed from time to time. The objective would be to
retain the best quality managers and technicians.
Annual increase in salary may be made based on inflation index/ consumer
price index.
The quantum of increase is also being decided on the basis of Quality of
performance and contribution to the project of the concerned individual.
