Also there is a need for establishment of orphanages to take care of children left
homeless due to various reasons like natural calamities and desertion so that what
could become a liability is channeled properly to create potential assets of the
nation.

nurtured by providing assistance for development of the same.

It is a matter of social justice to make Health Care available to all people through
new approaches and strategies and better management of available resources.

Development of India can only be achieved by educating the masses and towards
this end there is a need for providing financial assistance to the deserving and
needy.

To establish old age homes and orphanages to look after aged people and children
deserted due to various reasons.
To help furtherance of education by setting up scholarships, providing assistance
by way of fees reimbursement, books , uniform etc to the needy.
To provide medical assistance for treatments of various diseases to the poor and
deserving.
To provide assistance for meeting expenses on marriage by poor and deserving.
co-operation and co-ordination with institutions ,by way of partnerships,
consortium, bodies , persons engaged in similar work in India or abroad by taking
up projects, field work etc ;
raising and collecting Subscriptions , Donations , bequests of medical supplies
etc. and monies etc. for carrying out the AIMS AND OBJECTS of the TRUST;
purchasing , taking on lease , or otherwise owning , holding , constructing ,
developing , mortgaging , pledging , selling , assigning , renting , transferring , in
exchange or otherwise dealing with real or personal property or any interest
therein; in furtherance of objects of the trust.
doing all or such other acts , deeds and things considered necessary or conducive
or incidental and consequential to the AIMS AND OBJECTS of the TRUST.
to enlist volunteers to do service for the trust to promote the objects/ in
furtherance thereof who may be deputed to do any work on behalf of the
TRUST.
to undertake Research & Development & training, capacity building activities in
the areas of health, education, economics, agriculture, fisheries, governance etc.
to undertake studies, conduct seminars, conferences, panel discussions on issues
of importance

TRUSTEES:
The following shall be the first TRUSTEES of the TRUST :-

a).
The TRUSTEES shall hold the CORPUS of the TRUST and all other monies
received whether by way of subscription, donation, bequest or otherwise
(hereinafter referred to as the TRUST FUND), and all investments at any time
representing the same or any part thereto and revenue arising therefrom upon
TRUST to pay and apply or cause to be applied the same in accordance with the
provisions hereof.
b).
The TRUSTEES shall have powers exercisable from time to time they may in
their absolute discretion think fit and in particular:
to collect donations;
to make appeals for donations and periodical reports of the activities of the
TRUST;
to accept donations of any special trust in connection with the TRUST so that
every donation so accepted shall be held subject to the terms and conditions of the
gift.
to provide such services as may be decided by the trust to such persons
requiring them either through volunteers/ trainees or through persons employed
by the trust and receive payments for such services rendered.

FILLING UP OF VACANCIES:
The TRUSTEES shall be vested with the power of appointing new TRUSTEE /
TRUSTEES in the event of the number of TRUSTEES becoming less than three
TRUSTEES.
The power of appointing new TRUSTEES in addition to and / or in place of
existing TRUSTEES on their retirement or resignation or death shall be vested in
the surviving or continuing TRUSTEES for the time being and whenever the
number of TRUSTEES shall be less than three , one or more new and / or

REMOVAL OF TRUSTEES:
Any TRUSTEE can be removed from the office by a Resolution passed by a
majority of them , unless so removed every TRUSTEE shall continue to hold
office until he or she resigns.

Ms.Kala Iyer shall be the MANAGING TRUSTEE who shall manage the TRUST
and the TRUST FUND in consultation with the TRUSTEES.

The trust shall initially function from 301-D, Pocket II, Mayur Vihar, Delhi
110091 or change may be effected by passing a suitable resolution of the
trustees.

MEETINGS:
a).
The MANAGING TRUSTEE shall hold ordinary meetings once in three months.
Special Meeting of the TRUST may be summoned at any time by the
MANAGING TRUSTEE upon at least 5 days notice being given to the other
TRUSTEES of the matters to be discussed.

The proceedings for convening the meetings , preparing agenda , the minutes, and
any other details shall be determined by the TRUSTEES through discussions
between them.
d).
Any Resolution may be rescinded or voiced from time to time by the TRUSTEES.
9.
VALIDITY OF PROCEEDINGS:
The proceedings of the TRUST shall not be invalidated by any defect in the
election or disqualification of any TRUSTEE.

INVESTMENTS:
The TRUSTEES may invest the TRUST FUND in such approved investments(by
Income Tax Act, 1961 ) as may be deemed appropriate by them and may from
time to time vary such investments for others or like matters as they deem fit.

ACCOUNTS:
All books of accounts shall be provided and kept by the MANAGING TRUSTEE.
All accounts in relation to the TRUST FUND shall be made out each year and
duly audited by the Auditor or Auditors as if the TRUSTEES shall appoint from
amongst themselves , or if the TRUSTEES shall consider it necessary , by a
professional accountant.
