Assalamu Alaykum wa Rah.

We do and try to help many patients with small issues / cases from time to time with what
little we have from our time to time hospital visits.
Today we were called by Hospital staff to go there and try to see if we can help 1 very
emergency cases because patient is very very poor with no money to buy even necessary
medicines to an extent that they cannot even buy food !
Therefore we visited her and took her cases which are as follows :

Zuhura Rajabu Edward:

This is an Orphan girl aged 12 years studies in Class ( Grade II ) in Primary School. Her
father passed away on 16th July 2002.
About her mother and other children :
Her mother is called Hajirat Ibrahim Muhammad, widow. She is always very useful in all
activities in our African Community Centre especially at cooking Niaz and all voluntary
works.
She has 3 children. The youngest is a boy of abt 7 years. This boy is being raised by one
Mominah from our African Community and one child taken by her relatives. So she lives with
this injured child.

Family status :
This lady and her family are so poor that they cannot even afford a meal in a day. She is in our
Welfare list where we try help her on daily basis, and thats what she can live on.
Even 2 US $ a day can help her survive with her 3 children !
How her accident occurred :
On Friday, the 12th December 2014 we had organized Majlis for Children and some Tabarruk
after Salatul Jumua. So this girl as any other child was coming to attend Majlis and attend
Friday Prayers.
As she was crossing road with her younger brother, a car came in speed and knocked her. She
fell down and on the spot she was unconscious. Good people took her to hospital and she got
admitted. Her mother got news ( that her daughter has passed away due to car accident ) when
she was in the Mosque for Namaz-e-Jumua.
She rushed to the hospital and there Doctors took few stiches and started first aid treatment,
unfortunately here we do not have any specialist or proper medicines in such cases, therefore
it was just like a first aid.
Her accident case :
She had severe head injuries, its said that she has big cut on skin and skull and worst thing is
that blood has clotted inside.
Her present condition :

She keeps on crying ( most probably due to internal injuries )

She is unconscious
She doesnt speak or talk
She doesnt recognize anybody even her own mother
She cant eat ( just fed with liquid )
She cant even sit ( still not yet known cause )
She keeps her mouth closed and teeth pressed tight

A girl of 12 how active and energetic is supposed to be naturally, but this unfortunate girl
miskin cannot even sit, eat or even recognize her own mother....
What is her mothers condition to see her daughter in this condition

We can save her life :

This little angels life can be saved if we do not delay her treatment.
Taking into consideration of her critical condition, she needs to reach Mwanza by flight in
order to reach Bugando Referral Hospital.
She has to undergo operation etc and Doctor said to be great work and need of special
treatments.
We do not know how long will it take for her to regain consciousness.

We are thinking to have at least 3000 to 5000 US $ for her full treatment including airplane
travel, hospitalization, CT-SCAN, Tests, operations by specialists and medicines.
Incase if there is any balance remaining, we can always use for other patients, as we do.
Please kindly donate to save this little angels life.
Please kindly do not delay, as we do not have time, her life is in critical danger.

All the patients are doing well though their operations are complicated and needs more funds
than estimated earlier because some metal parts will be used.
This young man, his leg has to be broken again in order to rejoin it properly otherwise his 1
leg will be shorter than the other.

Since we started to give him right and best medicines, there is lot of changes. No puss and
skin is responding well.

Girl of 6 yrs.
This is 6 yrs. old girl studying in our Madrassah. She was knocked by a motorbike and her leg
bones were broken. She cannot stand or walk straight as normal person. Even her schooling
life is effected due to several pains from time to time.
This little girl needs major operation : they will break again her leg / bone and put a plate and
few metal screws.
Her mother has some children who are sick, as soon as they get well, expecting abt a week,
they will go Zonal Referral Bugando Hospital in Mwanza.

Her recent photo shows clearly that her 1 leg has become shorter than the other one.
RICE DISTRIBUTION :
We distribute rice from time to time, our Momin Brothers and Sisters request for this type of
Sadqa and Goat meat.

SCARVES DISTRIBUTION :
We are Alhamd..... distributing these Maknas from time to time. Recently of our Momin
Brother donated 100 pcs Maknas which we are distributing also others.
