Opening: The meeting commenced with opening prayer said by Mrs. Feyisara Ajayi at about 3.02 pm. This was
followed by the chanting of the Alma Maters anthem.
Opening Remarks: Mr. Wale Adekoya, who presided over the meeting, presented the opening remarks. He
welcomed all members to the meeting and reminded us that we should know that God has been so faithful to
our set because of the progress we are making in our different endeavours. He also said that our being able to
come together in large numbers called for celebration. He concluded by reminding us of the associations aim
and objectives highlighted in the minutes of the previous meeting. He said one is to perform our obligations to
our Alma Mater in ensuring its upliftment among committee of schools and two, is to use the forum to help
ourselves individually and collectively whenever the need arises.
Reading and Adoption of the Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 19th April, 2014 was read by Yomi
Ibisola. The only modification to the minutes was the Val in line 1 of paragraph 2 that should have been
written as ESV. The motion for the adoption of the minutes was moved by Yemisi Sobunkonla and seconded
by Tobi Soluade after which all in attendance unanimously adopted the minutes as correct.
Matters Arising:
5.1
Yomi Ibisola and Biyi Adeleye: Yomi Ibisola confirmed to the house that the differences had been
settled as directed at the last meeting.
5.2
Annual Subscription: A sum of 5,000.00 per annum was unanimously agreed on as annual
subscription by each member. While the time frame for payment was cancelled, members were
encouraged to be thinking of what we can still do individually as voluntary contribution and donation
to the school.
5.3
Band Account: It was agreed that a current account be opened with the First Bank of Nig. Plc. with the
following members as signatories: Wale Adekoya, Ola Agboola and Yemisi Sobunkonla Elegbeji.
Members were enjoined to check their facebook pages regularly for the account details so as to be
able to pay their subscription into it.

Area Chapter: Since the essence of this is for us to always get in touch and pass information to
ourselves, members were encouraged to please make it a duty to check on members that live in their
neighborhoods.

Publicity: It was agreed that we should all take it as a collective responsibility. It was also agreed that
suggestions can be made available of the Groups Social Media.
5.6
Constitution of Committees: This was put on hold until there is a larger house.
5.7
Constitution: Yomi Ibisola and Ola Agboola were mandated to get a draft constitution ready by the
next meeting.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned till 26th December, 2014 upon a motion moved and seconded by
Rahmon Ogunwale and Olusola Onajoko respectively.
Closing: The closing prayer was said by Rahmon Ogunwale at about 4.32pm.
