A new system report, the Help Desk report, has been added.
The Help Desk Report collects information about the
environment and configuration of ProVision. It includes Server
and Client system information (RAM, processor, etc.) logs,
and an optional database backup. Users run and save this
report to provide a record of a system's configured setup, and
to send to HSX Technical Support when there is a problem.
This report provides Technical Support with the information
they need to resolve most issues.

It is probable that the latency specification may be exceeded when a PV LAN client is
used remotely (e.g., VPN or WAN connection). When this is the case, a PV WAN client
solution must be used.
Symptoms of high latency are:
Slow start-up.
Slow object deployment.
Slow object detention times.
Client intermittently closing.
Client freezing with grey screen.
