ROAM are a five piece pop punk band from Eastbourne, UK, who have been working hard since forming in November 2012 to solidify
themselves as one of the most exciting bands in their genre.
The first fruits of the partnership will be a four track EP named Viewpoint, out January 26th (UK) / 27th (North America) 2015. The EP was

On the subject of the EP, Alex said - A few of the songs on Viewpoint are really about looking at situations from a different side and
understanding that a lot of the time our problems get blown out of proportion. We tend to over think things a lot and it makes you lose
perspective sometimes. The concept also follows into the artwork for the record too. One side of the art shows a negative side; the side you
sometimes get caught up in. The other shows the positive side. You could look at it from either side and see a different idea.

Producer/DJ/Musician/Composer Born and raised in England Red Broad moved to LA in the 90's where he works as a DJ and producer.
HAPPY HOUR IN THE GENE POOL was his first commercially released album under the name EVOLVE followed by his sophomore
release DEEPER THAN THE SEA. When he's not beavering away in his studio he can often be found behind the decks spinning
downtempo and deep house at clubs, lounges, pools and private parties. He also produces SOFASONICA a hugely popular Chillout and
Downtempo podcast streaming on Podomatic and iTunes.\
Groove Control Red has worked with many artists from Peter Gabriel to Toyah Wilcox to Mark Hollis (Talk Talk). It was while working
with Peter Gabriel though that his eyes (and ears) were opened up to a whole new world of rhythms and grooves. It was an inspirational
game changer that has had a profound affect on his music productions ever since.
Back To The Roots In early 2006 Red began working on tracks for a new project. He wanted to go back to his roots and rekindle his love
of synth based electronic music. The concept was simple, a natural journey of emotions and feelings, melodies and grooves; an
evolutionary process of musical creation. The project became Evolve, the album; HAPPY HOUR IN THE GENE POOL.
Behind The Decks After hearing a promo copy of HAPPY HOUR IN THE GENE POOL, Below Zero founder and DJ Mason Rothert
contacted Red about contributing downtempo mixed sets for his radio show. This lead in 2007 to Red becoming a resident DJ with the
show and contributing sets on a more regular basis. Red also began DJ'ing live downtempo sets for Below Zero nights at ultra lounges and
special events. As a drummer and performer Red has a natural talent for blending beats, building a set and moving a crowd. He quickly
expanded out to include more dance oriented house, deep house, tribal house and tech house sets better suited for clubs, pool parties and
larger venues.

Bettye LaVette is a true legend with a musical career spanning

over 50 years, she is now rightly recognized as one of the finest
vocalists and one of the great interpreters of song. In Bettye's
amazing career she has performed for Barack Obama at his
2009 Presidential inauguration, and sang a moving interpretation
of "Love Reign O'er Me" at the Kennedy Center Honors tribute to
The Who (which brought Pete Townshend to tears & stunned
Roger Daltrey). Her discography spans 5 decades, but it is within
the past decade that she has finally been recognized as one of
America's finest vocal talents. In 2005 she recorded the album
"I've Got My Own Hell to Raise", which was produced by
Grammy nominated producer Joe Henry, (hailed as one of the
best albums of the year by many critics). Two more fine albums
followed, both of which were nominated for Grammy Awards:
"The Scene Of The Crime" in 2007 and "Interpretations: The
British Rock Songbook"in 2010. Now, after almost a decade, the
legend that is Bettye LaVette has teamed up with producer Joe
Henry once again and the result is a stunning new album,
"Worthy", featuring 11 songs composed by writers such as Mick
Jagger & Keith Richards, Bob Dylan, John Lennon & Paul
McCartney, Mickey Newbury, Beth Nielsen Chapman & Mary

The entirety of Sonny Rollins' 10 LPs made for Prestige

Theodore Walter "Sonny" Rollins, born September 7, 1930,
remains one of the most influential and important American Jazz
musicians of all time and is widely recognized as the finest tenor
sax player in Jazz's long history. Although now well into his 80s,
Rollins continues to perform and release new recordings. Rollins
was born in New York City, to parents who were themselves
born in the U S Virgin Islands. Rollins received his first
saxophone at age 13, initially attracted to the jump and R&B
sounds of performers like Louis Jordan, but soon he became
drawn into the mainstream tenor sax tradition. Rollins began to
make a name for himself in 1949 as he recorded with Johnson
and Bud Powell what would later be called "hard bop", with Davis
in 1951, with the Modern Jazz Quartet and with Monk in 1953,
but the breakthrough arrived in 1954 when he recorded his
famous compositions "Oleo", "Airegin" and "Doxy" with a quintet
led by Miles Davis. Rollins was invited later in 1955 to join the
Clifford Brown-Max Roach quintet.
This 5 CD set contains all 10 LPs Sonny Rollins made for
Prestige Records, in their entirety, beginning with his
collaboration with Theolonius Monk and The Modern Jazz
Quartet, and moving through his classic works as leader of some
of the finest Jazz combos ever to record together.

13 original LPs by Clifford Brown, one of Jazz's most

influential trumpet players, compiled on a six disc set
Clifford Brown, born in October 1930, (aka "Brownie,") was an
American jazz trumpeter. He died at the tragically young age of 25 in
a car accident leaving behind only four years worth of recordings.
Nonetheless, he had a considerable influence on later jazz trumpet
players, including Donald Byrd, Lee Morgan, Booker Little, and
Freddie Hubbard among others. Brown moved into playing music
professionally, where he quickly became one of the most highly
regarded trumpeters in jazz. He was influenced and encouraged by
Fats Navarro, sharing Navarro's virtuosic technique and brilliance of
invention. His first recordings were with R&B bandleader Chris
Powell, following which he performed with Tadd Dameron, J. J.
Johnson, Lionel Hampton, and Art Blakey before forming his own
group with Max Roach. The Clifford Brown & Max Roach Quintet
was a high-water mark of the hard bop style, with nearly all members
of the group contributing original songs. Brown's trumpet was
originally partnered with Harold Land's tenor saxophone. After Land
left in 1955 in order to spend more time with his wife, Sonny Rollins
joined and remained a member of the group for the rest of its
existence. In June 1956, Brown and Richie Powell embarked on a
drive to Chicago for their next appearance. While driving at night in
the rain on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, west of Bedford, Powell's wife
Nancy lost control of the car and went off the road. All three were
killed in the resulting crash. Brown is buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery, in
Wilmington, Delaware.
