Term of payment: 30% advance payment by T/T as deposit, 70% at advise goods ready by T/T before
delivery

b.

Delivery date: 60 days after receiving advance payment.

Package: Wood pallet covered by plastic film

d.

Installation and testing work:

After the machines are delivered to customers workshop, we will send our engineer to client's factory
after preparation work is completed;
Our engineer will be responsible for the installation and machines testing; also technicians will give free
training lessons to labors in customers factory.
Clients need to afford visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of
USD60 per day for our engineer.

Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12months since B/L date. During this guarantee period, we
will provide spare parts without any charge. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations,
we provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

f.

Long-term service: we only charge clients cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide
long-term technical guide.

g.

Validity: two months
