Wicked Good Biscuits!

Ingredients:
2 Cups your choice of Bobs Red Mill Flour[s]
1/4 TSP Baking Soda
1 TBSP Baking Powder [use one without aluminum]
1 TSP Kosher Salt or 1 TSP Salt
6 TBSP Unsalted Butter [very cold]
1 Cup Buttermilk [approx]
1st Evolution:
Mix all the ingredients together and gently press into biscuits. Bake at 350F until
golden brown.
Notes:
This is the simplest biscuit recipe that Ive used to date. It is also my favorite and
after baking a batch while making breakfast for dinner, they went so fast that I
doubled the quantities and baked more the next day. Hope you enjoy these and
the superior products from Bobs Red Mill.
