SUBJECT: Updates on the 39th General Assembly of Student Councils (GASC)
Please be advised that the deadline set for the proposed resolutions for the 39th GASC is
moved to 19 December, 2014, 5PM along with the deadline of confirmation of attendance
for delegates and observers. Member student councils, please send your proposals, if any,
via email on or before the said date.
Likewise, you may refer to Memorandum NJGM 2014-014 for further details as regards
confirmation of attendance.
Next, herewith is the final and official Provisional Summary Agenda of the 39th GASC,
subject to the Assemblys approval. To note, we have set a deadline for proposed
inclusions on the Agenda last 4 December, 5PM. However we have not received any such
proposals.
Please submit your proposed resolutions and student council reports within the prescribed
period (on or before 19 December, 5PM and 3 January, 2015, 5PM, respectively) also via
email, so they may be included as an Order of the Day.
Finally, please fill out a copy of the Contract and Release of Liability for delegates and
observers (see attached) and include the same in your confirmation of attendance.

do hereby commit our full participation for the entire duration of the 39th General
Assembly of Student Councils on 9 to 10 January 2014 at the University of the
Philippines Cebu, Lahug, Cebu City.
FURTHER, we hereby waive, release and discharge the Organizers of the aforesaid
Assembly from any and all liability for any untoward accident, property damage, property
theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to us or our traveling to and from
the Assembly venue, and indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers from any and all
liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of our actions during
the event.
