The leader of our group is Ruth Barona; we decided that she is the person that has all abilities
based on survey of type of leader.
4. How did you manage your human resources? / 5. Did the leader assess the team
member's personalities before assigning responsibilities?
The human resources was manage with the objectives of each members make a specific task its
means.
Marianela Reyes Photographer: She has a good skill with technologies.
Karen Barco - Capture costumer: She is a friendly, proactive and quickly for relations with
other people.
Nedelka Pollster: She has the skill to empathize with the costumer and know how
manage the costumer.
Ruth Leader: She monitored the activities of their team, also she has the abilities to
review the quality of service that other members make and control the time for each
activities.

We use how resource operational and technical such as survey, smartphone and chronometer,

We planned our activity before make a schedule for each activities.
We completed with our objectives because we reach the goal.

We attended 10 persons with a certain time, with quality because we had to be patient to serve
them and so someone told us that our services is innovation and creativity this show in the survey.

Yes, because the responsibility is big and of you depend the achieve the goal. Also you need to
know how manage your team and how direct them. Be patient and tolerant.

Acquire on entrepreneurial mindset within a team is essential, and be a part of groups. Conduct
and good team work. A leader needs to watch the target and this visualize the poth to get to it.

The key to the success of a business is to have a leader who together next fundamental virtues: To
know how make clear and relevant target; To know how to raise priorities, knowledge to praise
