1- ESTRUCTURA.

2- JUSTIFICACIN.

El Instructor de Vuelo, el Piloto Comercial o Privado y el alumno de Pilotaje debe tener un


conocimiento apropiado sobre el Programa de Supresin del Trfico Areo Ilcito de
estupefacientes en cuanto a los procedimientos y seales utilizadas tanto por las aeronaves
interceptoras como por las aeronaves interceptadas.
3- OBJETIVOS GENERALES.

Como objetivo se tiene, impartir un conocimiento general a manera de familiarizacin sobre


el Programa de Supresin del Trfico Areo/Ilcito de estupefacientes, las aplicaciones en el
espacio areo Colombiano, asf como las acciones que el piloto al mando de una aeronave
debe tomar en caso de verse involucrado en esta situacin.
4- CONTENIDO.

Unidad 1- Presentacin genera! del Programa de Supresin del Trfico Areo Ilcito de
estupefacientes y mtodo de consulta.
Objetivo Especfico: Presentacin del Programa a tratar, uso del cuestionario
sistematizado (modulo de estudio) y consecucin del mismo, mtodo de consulta
en Internet (Paginas Web Gubernamentales).

Unidad 2 - Introduccin, Conceptos Bsicos, Seales visuales, Mtodos de interceptacin


de aeronaves y fases para la neutralizacin.
Objetivo Especfico: Familiarizacin con las nuevas disposiciones.

Unidad 3 - Zonas Especiales de Control Areo (ZECA).


Objetivo Especfico: Definicin , Consideraciones y DelimitacionQJ:I,...,..
Especiales de Control Areo (ZECA).

indicadas por la Aeronave Interceptora y respuesta de la Aeronave Interceptada.

Unidad 6 - Reglamentacin COFAC 001 -00-173/94


Objetivo Especfico: Informacin sobre las actitudes que asumir la Autoridad
Militar y descripcin de los motivos para que se tome la decisin de Permisin,
Captura o Destruccin y familiarizacin con la fraseologa utilizada.

5- METODOLOGA.

Conferencias que abarcan la materia, orientacin sobre consulta y consecucin de


informacin en Internet y en los Reglamentos Aeronuticos Colombianos como en el Manual
de Normas, Rutas y Procedimientos ATS de la Repblica de Colombia, utilizacin de
proyeccin de video digital y evaluacin en la sala de computadores en forma de Test de
Mltiple Escogencia exclusivamente a los alumnos de pilotaje.
6- RECURSOS.

Material de consulta en la Biblioteca de la Institucin, material de consulta digital en la sala


de computadores, material en Internet, informacin sistematizada.
