helped by equality and gratitude. May the awakening of the inner energy among kids multiply their virtues and give them
strength to face obstacles courageously. May their life, informed
with nature's message of giving and purity in objectives, prosper for the benefit of the nation and the entire universe.
May the energy generated from Swamiji's work guided
by pure intentions and knowledge, the energy in their surroundings, and the good energy from all Manashakti sadhakas help
the kids' lives be prosperous and keep them away from the
excesses of desire. May the light energy that eliminates ignorance, and the truthfully inspiring energy from the Mahashoonyabindu* help the kids as per the principles of eligibility.
It is our well-intended hope that the life of these kids
prospers with ideals, which subsequently will benefit them,
their family, society, nation and humanity.

Manashakti Research Centre which is representative of strength
generated out of the selfless social service of the sadhakas of
Manashakti.

Morning Prayer
(to be said after waking up in the morning)
17
Afternoon Prayer
(to be said in the afternoon)
I prayed in the morning. If I have committed any mistakes since then, I will reflect on them now. My teachers teach
me, for my own benefit. If my parents scold me, it is for my
benefit. Everyone makes mistakes; likewise my parents may
also sometimes make mistakes. But they take a lot of effort for
me, and sacrifice many things for me. I will not be thankless,
and will not harp on their mistakes. By Manashakti's energy
transfer experiment, I get energy to do well in my studies by
being selfless in serving society. By the same principle, I will
also make some contribution to social service. By doing so, I
will receive good benefits from the experiment. I am humbly
thankful to all who work for my welfare - my parents, my caretakers, my elders, my teachers, my society and my country. Only
with a humble mind, will I achieve success in my studies, and
benefit from the Manashaktis energy, as have many others. My
life will become successful.

Night Prayer
(to be said before sleeping at night)
I prayed in the morning and afternoon today. Now I will
reflect on whether I acted per it. If I did not behave accordingly,
why not? This is a moment to reflect on my mistakes, rather
than others' mistakes. Many known and unknown forces in this
world work to make my life prosperous. Something unjust may
have happened with me. But instead of being angry about it, I
should be grateful to many for the efforts they take for my benefit. The people who take efforts for me may also have their own
difficulties. I may not understand them. So I will remain calm;
and humble. If I forgot to bow to my parents today, I will remember to do so tomorrow. O God, O Nature, help me in my resolve.
If I made any mistakes today, please forgive me. Tomorrow I will
strive my best to make amends. I end my day by saluting the
energy of my parents, Manashakti, country, and nature. Because
of my prayers, I am developing unique strengths through my
internal energies and the energy transfer experiment of
Manashakti.

is to utter your resolve for the truth, and that is reciting the prayer.
The fourth minute is to experience peace.
Suggested time: 7:58 a.m.

Gayatri Mantra

26
This nation should become great. For this to happen, along with non-stop efforts, it is also necessary
to purify our surroundings. We are combining these
two aims.
May all be well with humanity!
May all be well with this nation!!
May all be well with the individual!!!

Yajna Prayer
(to be said while presenting offerings to the fire of Yajna)
29
Prayer of Light
Suggested time : 7.30 to 7.42 pm
Format : Individually, or in a group.
Setting: Ideally, sit in front of a source or symbol of
light (for example, the flame of a candle) in an otherwise dark
room. Concentrate on the light and say the prayer. After reciting,
continue to concentrate on the light, and reflect on the thoughts
just expressed.
Total time for prayer and concentration: 12 minutes.
O symbol of Light,
We tend to instil within ourselves the qualities of objects that we concentrate upon. Five branches of mind and brain
science have found this to be the case. That is why I concentrate on your image and you.
O Light,I have ambitions. While fulfilling them, working
for the welfare of others will bring prominence to me as well.
Only you, O Light, embody a unique confluence of the qualities
of equality and providing energy. Hence I seek to become one

Worship of Truth
O eternal God, the truth incarnate,
The only way to avert the eight disastrous consequences of untruths in my life is to resolve to worship the
truth. There is no other easier or faster way. May I gain the
inspiration for this worship of truth, either by the means of
knowledge, action or devotion. May these virtues benefit my
future, my subtle energies, my paternal energies, my loved
ones, my nation and all of humanity.

energies in both states. We worship the land, build upon it. Its
surroundings are imbalanced due to thought-action. It is our
task to balance these surroundings. I utter these thoughts to
balance all thoughts - may energy, individuals and the universe
benefit from them. Per universal law, I too have to leave this
space with time. May I commit no act that will make me repent.
May I preserve the sacredness of this space. Whatever motion
has been created here due to my physical body, I humbly pray
these motions progress towards the development of peace.
Being content in a given situation is a purer way of
achieving peace for everyone. This ensures future progress. I
accept this task. Thought reverberations never die out. Keeping
this in mind, I ask that may my energy and knowledge take away
the discontent in this space to universal satisfaction. Many sacrifices have been made to build this country. Many lives were
sacrificed. Many flowers were crushed. Many fruits dried. Many
have sacrificed for my welfare. Many have digested the shocks
of failure with knowledge. Failure has to be accepted with knowl36
edge, and success with humility: and that is what I will do.
May my country prosper.
May humanity prosper.
May peace prosper.
May I prosper.
