Responsibilities (but not limited to):
You prepare conceptual and basic engineering packages. You are responsible for design
engineering for mechanical/piping system including technical specification, datasheet, drawing,
BoQ, etc... Furthermore you design and prepare bid packages, specifications, tender evaluations,
plus construction supervision and project acceptance. Next to this you monitor and supervise
detail engineering package. It is also your responsibility to support procurement activities and
offer support to engineers on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree in piping engineering;
Minimum 6 years design experience;
Good English both in writing and speaking;
Specialization in Stress Analysis OR Piping Material (for both specializations there is one
position)
Strong capabilities in programming, design management, budget preparation and management,
procurement and construction management, personnel allocation;
Excellent knowledge of Piping Engineering Analysis & Design software packages (CAESAR)
as well as CAD and general office software packages;
Excellent knowledge of International and local Building Codes and Design Standards.
