I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On 111814 at approximately 00:11 hrs I, Deputy Burns, was on routine patrol heading east bound on Hwy 39. I observed a Semi tractor trailer ahead of
me bearing OK plate number 2RX098 swerving across the center line and back onto the right shoulder. Said semi was also

ranging in speed from 30 to 55. I initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle at 380th St. and Hwy 39. Contact was made with the driver, who later was
identified as above said defendant. The defendant consented to a vehicle search. After having the driver exit the vehicle, I performed a pat down on said
defendant. The defendant then consented to a search of his person in which a small portion of a green leafy substance known to be marijuana was
found in a Newport Cigarette Container rolled into what is commonly known as a "joint".
