The Market

Market leverage:
Our products quality will be of the highest standard but the catch will be is
affordability and availability due to easy access to raw materials.
Market Research:
Market research indicates that manufacturers of our products are very few and
the cost of their product is high due to the large cost of production.
Secondly, we discovered that the market for our product is approximately
25,000,000 if we are considering the population strength of just seven states
close to Abuja. This project can also increase drastically if we are to consider more
states.

Competitors:
Our Major competitors will be ELEGAZA. Although, elenganza is an established
name in the business. Our strength is that elenganza is located in the southwest
region of Nigeria while Abuja is North West of Nigeria.
We have the capacity to access the northern market better than elengaza for
three major reasons:
More cheaper and quality products
Easy access to the northern markets
Cheaper labour and easy access to raw material leading to cheaper
products
Social Purpose
This business will enable us to create employment and in the process protect the
environment from plastic waste.
Business environment
The northern region of Nigeria where our business is to be located tends to have
experience setback as regard to employment and environment.
This calls for social solutions to both problems. Youths from this region due to
availability of quality education leading to unemployment have been employed by
agents of civil unrest and act of terrorism.
It is our hope that this project will provide youths with alternative lifestyle
different from the one associated to criminality.
Business

ISWOT Analysis:
Our strength is the availability of available materials which comes in as waste and
the availability of cheap labour and easy access to markets.
The likely weakness might be getting skilled labour. This however will be
eliminated with adequate training program
The likely obstacle would have been that of religion. However, since this business
is not religious bias and poverty known no religious we will be able to over this
obstacle by respecting the religious value of our environment without be
religiously inclined.
Our target audience which is the unemployed women and youths can easily be
access with targeted awareness program on environmental awareness.
Critical success factors:
Our critical success is pour partnership with the Abuja environmental agencies
and the community based and faith based organizations.
Through this medium we will be able to create awareness for our product and the
social impact to the society.

minimal with the hope of attaining business sustainability in the fourth year
before we begin the expansion process.
