To Members of the U.S.

House of Representatives,
Congratulations on passing H.R. 5759 affirming and upholding the U.S.
Constitution and all existing U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Laws by
blocking President Obamas unconstitutional and illegal Executive Action which
further undermines National Security and Sovereignty.
As you know, the media and many of your colleagues, including some of their
legal experts are already attempting to thwart your efforts by rendering H.R.
5759 useless as nothing but a symbolic gesture without force of law.
Consequently, I hereby request that the U.S. House of Representatives immediately
act to place all Federal Law Enforcement agencies and agents on Constructive
Notice, using the following language in accordance with U.S. Laws governing
Immigration and Naturalization and Breach of Oath.
Further, I request that your NOTICE include an order from the peoples House to
Cease and Desist any and all actions which are not in accordance with the U.S.
Constitution and U.S. Laws governing Immigration and Naturalization
Proposed NOTICE is as follows;
TO ALL FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND AGENTS
TAKE NOTICE - Upon passage of and in accordance with H.R. 5759 of the 113th
Congress dated December 4, 2014, - Any agency or agent who has taken an Oath
to protect and defend the United States Constitution and uphold the laws of the
United States, including but not limited to 8 U.S. Code, Chapter 12, Immigration
and Naturalization, who, with or without malice, determines to act upon or follow
any unconstitutional and/or illegal Executive Action or Executive Order issued by
the Executive Branch, including but not limited to the Executive Action of Barack
Obama regarding enforcement of our immigration and naturalization laws, shall be
subject to immediate suspension without pay, pending arrest and prosecution under
5 U.S.C. 7311.
Thank you for your honorable efforts to uphold and protect the Rule of
Constitutional Law on behalf of every legal American Citizen.

Respectfully,
