We hereby declare to work with and pray for the individuals and congregations who make up DHF of NC. We desire to keep alive the best
elements of our Campbell-Stone heritage. We wish to be connected with like-minded congregations who share our vision. We will provide
financial support to DHF of NC as determined by our church board and/or congregation.
We understand that this agreement entitles our congregation to use the name and logo of DHF of NC. Congregations who wish to publicly identify
with this fellowship are encouraged to do so. We further understand that this is a voluntary agreement which may be terminated by either party at
their discretion.

Individual Agreement
I hereby declare myself to be in essential agreement with the goals and purposes of DHF of NC, a Bible-based, evangelical movement with roots in
the Campbell-Stone heritage.
I agree to work with and pray for the individuals and congregations who make up DHF of NC. I desire to keep alive the best elements of the
Campbell-Stone movement. I wish to be connected to other individuals and congregations who share this vision. I will provide financial support
for DHF of NC as I am able.

The Disciple Heritage Fellowship of North Carolina (DHF of NC) is a fellowship of conservative Church congregations and
individuals with its roots in the Campbell-Stone movement. We are an affiliate of Disciple Heritage Fellowship (DHF) based in
Lovington, Illinois. DHF supports member churches throughout the United States.
The Disciple Heritage Fellowship of North Carolina fully identifies with and proclaims the biblical authority of Holy Scriptures.
Local congregations are free and autonomous from any church hierarchy beyond the local Elders and leaders, but under obligation to
organize the church around New Testament teachings and practices .
Membership for congregations will be entered into either through vote of the Church Board or the congregation. Membership for
individuals will be entered into through a signed statement. Membership indicates support for the basic ideals of the Campbell-Stone
movement, and support for the work and goals of the fellowship .
