PLC based Dam Automation System complete in all respect For control
and operation of 4 nos. Spillway Radial Gates and 2 nos. Intake Gates.
Gate Position sensors for Spillway Radial gates and Intake gates.
Monitoring and indication of discharge measurement for discharge
Through Spillway radial gates.
2 sets of Water level measuring and indication system along with
necessary alarms at dam area.
On-line UPS system for 30 Minutes will be provided at Dam Automation
Panel for the Dam Automation equipment.
SCADA Controller System for the operation of the gate, complete with
necessary Alarm , Auto/Manual selector switch ,digital communication
system for transferring and receiving control and data signals.
Operating Push Button and Indicating Lights for the Gates on Computer
Screen.
Data logging function.
Metal Panel Enclosure for above equipment duly Powder Coated
complete with Automatic Heater arrangement.
Complete Software Program for functioning of the above equipment as
mentioned in the specifications.

Price for the Above mentioned Complete Equipment Rs. 47,00,000/( Rs. Forty Seven Lakhs Only ).
Additional if required - 70 Inch Video Screen Rs. 5,50,000/- per unit
You will provide the necessary Local control panels, connecting cables for
connecting between water level sensor, gate position sensor, Local control Panel to
the Dam Automation room and other accessories for Control Panel etc. as
mentioned in Special conditions below.

The above prices are ex-our Works, Ahmedabad. Packing and

forwarding at 3% and VAT would be charged extra. Transport
extra at actual.
As applicable at the time of Delivery would be charged extra.
As applicable on installation & commissioning Charges would
be charged extra.

DELIVERY:-

It will take around 20-30 weeks to complete the delivery and

around 12 weeks for installation and commissioning of the
above equipment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:- 40% Advance, 60% before dispatch against
Inspection before delivery.
GUARANTEE:- The installation will be guaranteed for one year against
manufacturing defect. However, the guarantee is void in case of Mechanical
damage, theft and manhandling or connecting to wrong voltages.

You will provide all the necessary Power & Control cables, Optical fiber
Cable for Motors, Remote operation, Digital indicators etc. and its related
fixing material like cable tray, Pipes, Cable Lugs, cable gland etc. duly laid
and fixed as per the requirement.
You will provide PVC / M. S. Pipes and mounting Platform for Water level
sensor duly installed.
You will provide all the necessary welding, fabrications and any civil
Engineering works required at the site for installation of the equipment.
You will provide the required Local Control Panels for Gates complete with
Starter Over Load Relay, Push Button Main Switch, terminals etc.
compatible to operate from Remote Location duly wired and enclosed in
metal enclosure.

The installation price is calculated on basis of Two visit with comprising of

total 20 days. Any additional days + visit would be on Daily chargeable
basis.
You will provide Site accommodation and Local transport facility for Our
Engineer and Technicians.
