CHAPTER V
SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Summary of Findings
The researchers found out that in their existing manual Attendance Monitoring
System, the storage of data is insufficient. Therefore, based on the findings, of the
researchers, the Computerized Monitoring System provides an efficient and effective
output.
Thus, the proposed system is highly recommended in order to acquire an
accurate and useful output. With the computerization of the Attendance Monitoring
System, personnel concerned can speed up their work and lessen their time for
productivity added. It keeps confidential files because the proposed system integrates
password for the security of private information. And computer-generated reports Daily
Time Record are produced in the proposed system.
Conclusions
Based on the data gathered by the researchers, they found out that the
personnel concerned as well as the employee encounters many problems such as it
takes more time and effort in monitoring the attendance.
The researchers therefore conclude that the proposed system require greater
accuracy, and enables the user to access information in an easy way for the company
to keep its record-up-to-date.
Recommendations
The researchers recommend that the school should use the computerized
attendance monitoring system in order to have an accurate accessing of data and for
them to generate reports in an easy way to help them to acquire information with
speed and accuracy. And they also recommend that the system needs care and
implementation for the municipality.
