Describe your Learning Curve at Stellium during the period from June'14 - Nov'14
As I started to learn about SAP MDG and SAP Architecture in general , I took long time in
understanding the basics as I had very limited knowledge pertaining to this field and also
because I did not have a sound understanding of the business requirements that drove SAP
to develop SAP MDG. But the training sessions that were conducted everyday targeted on
different functionalities within MDG ,which made it a lot easier to understand the bigger
picture. And though there is still much to learn in MDG , I feel that I can acquire new skills
much faster than before.

Describe your Role and mention how you would add value to Stellium.Briefly describe your contibu
I am currently working in the EIM team providing technical support to the offshore team.
My role requires me to learn technical settings and configurations for different scenarios
within SAP MDG . Our team is currently working on developing Price Master SAP -Solex
feature ,which requires us to learn basics of ABAP programming also. Apart from this we as
team have gained basic proficiency in BODS also. Apart from acquiring the above skillsets, I
have also helped the EWM Team within my capacity with the creation and testing of Web
Services.

The past six months have been good considering the fact that I got to learn new stuff in office and outside it too.

SAP MDG being a relatively new product has very few detailed product guides and developer's guides.Also there is little
senior guidance as far as ABAP and MDG (sometimes),this hinders our progress sometimes.

5. What elements of your job interest you the most, and least? Illustrate with proper reasoning
Since we work on the IDES sytem ,we face problems on a daily basis. Troubleshooting these problems is quite interesting.

6. What do you consider to be your most important aims and tasks in the next year?
I aim to have a decent MDG technical knowledge and ABAP programming knowledge, so that I can help the offshore team
with any technical support that they'll need.

7. What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you, and your seniors?
Structured ABAP training (which has already started) needs to continue to help me become good in ABAP as soon as possible
,which in turn would drive the work at much faster pace.

8. What kind of work or job would you like to be doing in one/two/five years time?

In two years time I'd like to be a MDG technical Consultant , so that I can be placed in EIM projects abroad.

9. What sort of training/experiences would benefit you in the next year? Not just job-skills - also your natural strengths an

Apart from ABAP training mentioned above, it would be good if BODS and IS training is also provided as this would cover
all the skills needed to be successful in EIM space.
