of Network implementation changes of the full suite from service layer and 99% quality delivery. AT&TIBM involves testing of network implement quality, Port Management, IP Management, IP pools, Service
assignment and management, ISP Mgmt, device swapping and replacement, Service Mgmt, Network Service
Provisioning, Access subscriber provisioning, IP routing optimizations.
b) Contribution
IOS upload on Router, Switches, Access point, VG devices with required boot sequence and verifying MD5.
Provide level 2/level 3 support.
Prepare Configuration file based on latest AT&T and IBM template for Switches and Routers.
EOL (end of life) for old devices and adding new devices based on latest IOS and templates.
Troubleshoot for EOL on every device and checking layer 2 and layer 3 protocols: BGP OSPF, MPLS, NAT,
ACL, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, AAA, SNMP, Ether-channel, Vlans, port status, SSH, Telnet, TACACS, Failsafe,
port security, routing table, checking port mapping, checking logs.
Comparing config. Files in comparison tool and matching old and new logs, port status, cdp neighbors, Arp
