1. FUNDAMENTACIN
2. OBJETIVOS
Objetivo General
Adquirir habilidades para comprender e interpretar textos autnticos escritos en ingls
relacionados con el rea de especializacin de los alumnos (diferentes disciplinas de las
Ciencias Humanas), de manera precisa y correcta.
Objetivos Especficos
Al finalizar el curso el alumno deber ser capaz de:
3. CONTENIDOS
Alumnos regulares
Para regularizar se requiere que el alumno haya cumplido con lo siguiente:
- 80% de asistencia a las clases terico-prcticas.
- Aprobacin del 80% de los prcticos evaluables.
- Aprobacin de los 2 (dos) parciales con una calificacin de al menos 5 (cinco) puntos.
- El alumno tendr la oportunidad de recuperar cada parcial.
Promocin directa sin examen final
Para obtener la promocin (sin examen final) el alumno deber cumplir con los
siguientes requisitos:
- 80% de asistencia a las clases terico-prcticas.
- Aprobacin del 100% de los prcticos evaluables.
- Aprobacin de los 2 (dos) parciales, obteniendo un promedio de 7 (siete) puntos (sin
registrar instancias evaluativas de aprobaciones con notas inferiores a 6 puntos). Si,
habiendo aprobado una instancia de evaluacin parcial, un alumno no hubiere alcanzado
la nota mnima de 6 puntos, tendr derecho a presentarse a recuperatorio para mejorar
sus aprendizajes y mantenerse en el sistema de promocin.
Alumnos libres
a) Sern examinados por el ltimo programa vigente.
b) El examen incluir una actividad de traduccin de un texto breve (aproximadamente
200-250 palabras) en ingls, adems de la resolucin de las actividades de comprensin
lectora (examen regular). La calificacin final consistir en el promedio de la
calificacin de cada parte (traduccin, comprensin), debiendo aprobar cada una de
ellas, con una calificacin de al menos 5 (cinco) puntos.
