Dear Mr. Supnet

This refers to your demand letter dated November 13, 2014 which I received on
November 18, 2014. As of today, BPI was yet to release my ATM card, as a
result, I was not able to pay my obligation to you.
In this connection, may I seek an extension of payment to settle my obligation
with you.
Hoping for your kind consideration regarding this matter.

Sincerely yours,
Juan Tamad
