Multi-tasking exercise - please follow the instructions carefully.
1.- Print out the cards in color, cut them out, and place them on a desk
in front of you
2.- You will then press the audio links to listen to some instructions that
you must follow
3.- There are only three types of instructions:
o touch
o pick-up
o turn over
4.- You will read back the instructions while performing the actions.
5.- If you are instructed to touch the green 59, but there is no green 59,
you will say negative green 59.
6.- To make sure that you follow the instructions correctly, it is a good
idea to ask someone to listen to the instructions with you and
observe your actions.

The following pictures were taken at the scene of the Avianca Airlines crash which

took place on January 25th 1990. Poor English language and communication have
been cited as two of the contributing factors to this tragedy.
