NEIGHBORHOOD ENGAGEMENT | 11/11/2014

Greetings Mr. & Mrs. Adams!

This is the first direct communication to you as Milwaukeeans, taxpayers,

business owners, neighbor, and representative with BID 32.
On October 10, 2014, I was at your 1834-36 W. Fond du Lac Avenue property
for a neighborhood meeting for Class B Licensees. As I stated then, and
support now, MC COLE should be given a chance. He was attacked at the
meeting and the people around the table reminded me of when the same RACE
of people faced red-lining for housing and integrated marriages during Jim
Crow. The eliteness was so thick that it has shown a light on deceptive and
improper behavior that was present that night and since.
This email is to allow you and your husband to reply in writing your objections
to MC COLEs Class B license. You were cited by Alderman Russell Stamper II
on October 20, 2014, License Committee, as one of the reasons for the
HOLD If you have not seen the License Committee video of October 20,
2014. I would strongly suggest that you view District 15. Walnut Way was
reported as part of the reason for his HOLD. He also mentioned Johnson
Park and funds for a project planned for the next year. Are you, your husband
or organization underwriting the project of Johnson Park? What role if any
does Walnut Way play in this event mentioned by Alderman Russell Stamper II?

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is pursuing Ethics

accountability methods according to the charter officers of the city of
Milwaukee. And, we are most concern with the appearance of conflict of
interest and breach of Public Trust.
Since you-Sharon sit on the questionable formed Business Investment District
32, we have been surprised by possible malfeasance in the behaviors we have
seen and discovered since October 10, 2014.

MC COLEs Hospitality business plan calls for 3 separate developments.

We are now in the timeframe for MC COLE to capture Hospitality revenue
during
November, December and the New Year. He has been treated unfairly and
unjustly.
He deserves a Chance.
Since your non-profit organization has come up in a block of MC COLEs
Hammers Den, this is your opportunity to set the record straight.
We need your response by Wednesday, November 12, 2014, noon. This will
meet other deadlines already in play.

MC COLE
MC COLE is an investor, property owner, and my client, per my invitation at the
October 10, 2014 meeting.

I am available for clarity.

Mr. & Mrs. Adams, our laws do not allow the vigilante takeover and isolation
shown over the last three (3) weeks. We abhor the behavior but see it as an
opportunity to correct some long overdue issues in the 15th and nearby
districts.
Clarification of BID 32
Are you a present member of BID 32, board or otherwise.
The Legislative Library records show NO one appointed at this time. You were
appointed up to April/May of 2014.
If a BID board member, have you and/or the Agenda maker invited Class B
license seekers to the meetings for support?
Since the course of events have exposed some troubling behaviors from
members of the neighborhood that are foreign to due process, my office is
contacting those on the point that Alderman Russell Stamper noted in his
comments of why MC COLEs Class B license was placed on HOLD.
