Method
For the base
1. Spread and press the sponge cake into the
base of a 175 mm. (7") loose bottomed
cake tin.
2. Soak the sponge cake layer with the sugar
syrup and keep aside.

Handy tip:
1. To make 2 tbsp of sugar syrup, combine 2
tbsp of sugar with tbsp of water in a
small saucepan and allow to simmer on a
slow flame till the sugar thickens.
2. For parties, you can set the cheesecake
into individual moulds of your choice.

In this recipe gelatinous is not used. My question is does cheese cake set without
gelatinous.

It will set just make sure the whipped cream has been whipped till really
thick....

A true Feast for the eyes. The presentation too elegant. And the
cake is itself 100% delicious. A huge hit with family n friends. They
just loved the color, taste and texture ,presentation n they were not
ready to believe it was home-made. This Recipe is HIGHLY
