Art of Living - Ancient principles applied to modern life to relieve stress and achieve happiness.
Aqua Therapy - A combination of stretching, aerobics, and water jet massage in our heated Vitality Pool.
Asana/Pranayama/Meditation - A guided sequence of simple and effective techniques for a daily practice.
Balinese Craft Making - Create your own offering basket using natural elements.
Balinese Wisdom & Meditation -Visit a nearby temple with our local guide and discover more about this ancient and unique cultural system.
Core Connection - 30 Minute Pilates-based class focused on core strengthening, toning, stretching and awareness of the key-muscles that make up our core.
Cross Training - Interval circuit training designed to creatively move your entire body in ways that differ from the main activities you do most often.
Estate Walk - A guided leisurely walk around the Estate on the Estate's scenic-rich nature path.
Estate Yoga - A flow of physical postures inspired by Hatha and Ashtanga; beginner-intermediate level.
Gentle Yoga - A yoga practice designed to focus on mild stretches and joint mobilization.
Intuitive Eating - Learn to develop a healthy relationship with eating.
Juice Class An interactive demonstration showing how to make two of our Signature juices.
Jungle Gym Circuit Training - Outdoor interval training combining dynamic balance, strength, agility, coordination and cardio conditioning.
Pilates Mat Class - A general matwork class focusing on introducing and deepening Pilates principles to ensure quality of movement at all levels.
Qigong A Chinese based practice with Tai Chi like movements for aligning breath, movement, healing, and meditation.
Rock Climbing Introduction to Top Rope climbing using an outdoor rock climbing wall. Meet at Activity Office.
Roll & Flow - A combination between foam roller and flowing movements; regenerate the muscles and release tight tissue to help re-establish proper alignment.
Secrets to Longevity Discover the system of health and healing used in ancient China and much of Asia.
Stretching - An introductory session with easy and effective stretching routines.
Walking meditation - A short and meaningful practice to develop mindfulness and connection with nature.
OTHER POINTS TO NOTE:
Please arrive no later than 5mins before the scheduled start time.
As a courtesy to other guests you may not be allowed to join a class if you are more than 15mins late or if the class is over subscribed.
Wear suitable attire for indoor and outdoor activities. Wear sun protection for outdoor activities.
If you are pregnant, please inform the teacher about your special needs and experiences.
All classes are delivered with a group dynamic in mind. For more personal direction, please book a private session with our teachers.
The personal direction and feedback you receive from a private class will assist your progression our group classes.
