In Ground Pools: In-ground pools are to have safety cover intact and present,

Above Ground Pools:
Good Condition WITH surrounding decking that can anchor a cover- safety cover
needs to be intact and present
Good Condition WITHOUT decking or a way to anchor a cover- should be
dismantled and removed as debris
Poor Condition Drain, dismantle, and remove. Remediate any depression in
ground.
Hot Tubs & Spas: Drained free of water and safety cover intact and present
Exterior Decks:
Deck railings and stairs intact and present. Deck is not in threat of collapsing.
Safe to walk/stand on. No trip hazards.
Roof: No active roof leak. No tarp on any structure. All prior patches and repairs
intact. This includes main structure and outbuildings.
Exterior Surface: All siding/stucco/wood surfaces intact and present. No
evidence of exposed plywood, house wrap or insulation.

Gutter System is sufficient to prevent water from entering house.
