A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF BARANGAY RECORD KEEPER OF THE

SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF POBLACION, ABORLAN, PALAWAN.
WHEREAS, provided under relevant provisions of the local government code of the
Philippines specifically, Sections 394, 395 and 396 of RA 7160 it is mandatory upon all
local government units, specifically, the barangay, that the positions of barangay
secretary, treasurer and barangay record keeper (other appointive officials) that are
co- terminus with the newly elected and incumbent barangay officials.
WHEREAS, the appointee herein possesses all the qualifications and none of disqualifications
as per examination conducted by the Office of the Punong Barangay;
WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay duly assembled hereby concur, on a barangay session
held on December 2, 2013 to the appointment of Ms. Stephany A. Antazo as the
Barangay Record Keeper.
WHEREAS, considering that the aforesaid positions are very vital to the proper execution of
many barangay functions, the aforementioned appointee must undertake every
possible step to achieve competent public service, perform their respective roles and
functions as conferred by law and other competent authority.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion unanimously seconded, be it.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, Confirming the Appointment Of Barangay Record
Keeper of The Sangguniang Barangay Of Poblacion, Aborlan, Palawan.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Offices concerned.
