Deed of Gift of Land to Missionary of Charity

Property valuation Rs. 25,00,000/Stamp duty Rs. 12,500/THIS DEED OF GIFT IS MADE this on day of 27th of August 2000, at Tarakeswar
BETWEEN
Shri Samir Ch. Kundu, s/o Late Hari Kundu, aged about 54 years, Hindu by faith,
Advocate by occupation, P.O. & P.S. Tarakeswar, Dist Hooghly hereinafter called the
DONOR, (which expression shall mean and include unless excluded by or repugnant to the
context his heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives) of the one part.
AND
Missionaries of Charity situated at 15/2D Rash Behari Avenue, St. Road, P.O. & P.S.
Chandernagore, Dist. Hooghly. It is registered under Registration Act and it is registered
office at Chandernagore registration no 348901 off 1999 book-2 volume IV (hereinafter
called the TRUSTEES) of the other part.
WHEREAS Shri Samir Ch. Kundu bought the property from Shri Soumen Das, s/o
Arup Das, aged about 36 years, Hindu by faith, service by occupation, D-3/10, Naihati, P.O.
& P.S. Naihati, Dist. North-24Parganas on 17.05 1981, the sale dead was registered in Book
IX, Vol. III pages 65 to 67 being No. 10 for the year 1981 in the Office of the sub-register
office Haripal, P.O. & P.S. Haripal, Dist Hooghly. WITNESSES, the land is proposed to build
a school and a committee has been constituted to raise subscriptions for construction of the
building and creation of the endowment AND WHEREAS the trustees are members of such
committee have approached the DONEE for help AND WHEREAS the donor has agreed to
contribute the piece of land hereinafter described in the schedule below as a site for school
such now this deed WITNESSES that in pursuance of such pious wish and desire and as a
patron for the proposed school, the said DONOR does hereby freely, voluntarily and
absolutely and subject to the condition hereunder imposed grant, convey, transfer and give
unto and to the use of the said DONEE in office as trustees as aforesaid all that, and valued at
Rs 25,00,000/- (twenty five lakhs), TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same as trustees upon
trust hereinafter mentioned. AND the Manager Shri Arun Bose s/o Shri Barun Bose, aged
about 29 years, Hindu by faith service by occupation, D-3/10, Naihati, P.O. & P.S. Naihati,
Dist. North-24Parganas of the trustee will supervise on the matter of building of school And it
is hereby AGREED AND DECLARED by and between the parties hereto that the trustees
and their successors in office shall from time to time and at all times hereafter stand

possessed of the land hereby conveyed and the building to be erected thereon IN TRUST to
be used solely and exclusively as a school all through the year free of any charge or other
contribution. Was never made nor intended unless otherwise directed in an appropriate.
However at any time if the said land is used for other than the school, it shall revert back to
the Donor.

Dag No.364 of Tarakeswar Mauza, Municipality Tarakeswar, P.O.& P.S. Tarakeswar, Dist
Hooghly, as shown and delineated in Blue line in the map annexed forming the part of this
Deed.

West Garden of Shri Dilip Roy
South There is a common passage which is to be used by all.
