Mr Palmer's lawyer is the process of receiving a security clearancc to allow him access to
certain classified documenis relevant to the case. A large number of the 300+ documents
that are to be made available did not have a classification on ttrern and needed reviewed

most cases) was b.rry Palmer so they were advised that it would be up to Mr Palmers
