Dear Ms. Mailer:
RE: REFERENCE TO ADJUDICATION DANNY PALMER
REFERENCE NO: I 66-20-34057 & 568-20-19

I like to thank you and confirm the receipt of your letters dated October 27,2005 regarding the
hearings of NovemberZl,2005 and of November 22to24,2005. I wish to confirrn whether I
*,ill be receiving my security clearance in order to provide documented evidence for both
hearings. As CSIS agreed,I would need the clearance for at least the second hearing. As I had
previously explained, I will also need the security clearance and the documented evidence for the
first hearing, as well. Regardless, of the debate of when I need the documented evidence, since
the hearings are back to back, I would absolutely need access to the classified documents as
urgently as possible to review and organize.

Given that my regular work week is 60 hours, I recommend that I be allowed to access, organize
and send hc classlfid rnatrial in triplicate to the PSLRB from CSIS' Montreal regional offrce
during the next few weekends. Also given the pending hearings, I would like confirmation of this
proposed arrangement from CSIS, ls soon es possible,
that I am being denied important information for at least the second hearing. Included with the
+: classified documents, I want confirmation from CSIS that they will also provide me the results
of their two internal investigations of my "allegations," that will support both of my cescs.
In reference to my letter of August I l, 2004, regarding my lists of witnesses, Mr. Roussy
provided at the conference of September 30,2004 that he will compel all the listed CSIS
employees to attend the hearings, therefore, subpoenas will not be necessary. I trust that this
agleement remains in place. In regards to non-CSIS employees such as Dr. John Gosselin, source
codename Cxxxx, source codename Dxxxxxx and Mr. R;txxxxx (the main target mentioned in
my supplemental grievan@Jincd thG four witnesses are reievant for both hdaririls, I wish to
send them subpoenas, rs soon as possible. Please note, should CSIS provide the classified
information in the near future, only Dr. Gosselin and source Cxxxx would need to be
subpoenaed. [n regards to the retired KGB offrcer (Mr. Pxxxx), given the long distance . I u'ould
like to know if a telephone conference testimony could be possible for this witness.
