we put 1+2 together and have come to the conclusion
that we have to change something sooner than later
[or] we will NOT be able to remain open much longer.
The choices are - change nothing and try to stay under the

radar, until after the Federal Court finally rules in mid-Feb. [or so]
because that's what the Officials are saying they're waiting for.
Then what?
1] The CDSA recently told all dispensaries and our growers that
. we now must get a GST license, and start reporting /remitting
. GST [tax-included] to them. In this way, we are choosing to
. obey their new rules /regulations, when they enforce them
PROBLEM: After over a year of slowly implementing new rules [like this one]
[that will come in full effect with this February's ruling] there still is not 1-hint of
them [the CDSA] allowing any dispensary to stay open after those rulings.

show that we're doing really is what's for the best interest of our members.

IN ORDER TO FIX OUR LEGAL QUAGMIRE, WE'RE BECOMING A CO-OP

All existing members need to buy 1-$5 share of our Co-op,

profit in a dividend check at the end of the year [like all co-ops do]

With this documentation and new card, our individual members

c. From now til February rulings, this new PRIVATE CLUB will
remit a 10% PST [sales-tax-included] instead of a GST tax
In this way, we're not subject to those new CDSA rules.
BECAUSE under our PST tax loophole, we can create rules
that protect us all, from being under the CDSA's jurisdiction
d. This PST-included remittance is deposited in our EDA pool
trust fund, until shortly after those February rulings; After that
this PST-included levy becomes a value added tax, by using
the same SCC ruling that the CDSA is using to screw us with
We do this in order to become the legal competition to whatever the
Feds dish out in the next court rulings. Without our initiative, things
will go from bad to worse for those who refuse to change anything.
