Abstract
This research aimed to study the impacts of organizational culture on the quality of working life
in Omnoi City Municipality, Krathumbaen District, Samutsakorn Province, and thus the researchers have
gathered the data from a sample group of 249 people; Omnoi municipalitys officers, teachers,
permanent employees, general employees, and subcontract employees. The statistics employed in data
analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that, in overall,

the satisfaction of the people with the service quality of Omnoi City Municipality was regarded at the
highest level, and the quality of working life of the sample group was considered at a high level in
general.
