A professional Telecom engineer with 4.6 years experiences in mobile
communications with supervisory and management experiences. Experienced in
installation, commissioning and integration of various Ericsson RBS equipment
such as RBS 2964, RBS 2954,RBS 2111,RBS 2202 etc. Testing and
configuration of Ericsson transmission equipment such as Mini Link TN, Mini Link
Craft, BTS Equipment experience in installation, Performing the Acceptance
Test (AT)/Power measurements and VSWR check. Expansion &
Integration of BTS Sites.Knowledge of 3G Equipments.(NODE B)

1) Ensure smooth operations and administration of network equipments and
handling network outages at the zone. Operating and maintenance of the GSM
network element via BSC, BTSs, and Transmission.

2) Supervise/Coordinate, MW commissioning, Antenna Height, TMA connection,

Tx/Rx frequency, O/P power, traffic routing, Traffic Capacity, Path Loss, LOS
check, BER threshold, Radio ID check.
3) Supervise Service Providers for the proper installation and commissioning of
Ericsson RBS (Radio Base Station) RBS2964, RBS2954, RBS2111
3) Supervise equipment room (indoor) internal feeder connectors such as
connection to dTRU, power connection, earthing cable leader with feeder
installed, voltage reading, cable management, grounding etc.
4) Responsible RBS commissioning for IDB load & external alarms test.
5) Perform Antennas and Feeders test using Site Master.
6) Carrying out the site surveys for the proper installation and alignment of
microwaves.
7) Hardware Troubleshooting of Ericsson RBS and proper maintenance, hence
maintaining the desired standards.
8) Overall preparation for site integration (From BSC to RBS site cross
connection, RBLT check, KLM Mapping), on air .
9)Capable all installation, Feeder and IF connector making, M/W alignment by
self activity also familiar all tools.
10) Antenna supervision defining & testing.

11) Perform site audits.

12) Knowledge of MSP Protection for LTU for Backup or Redundancy.
13) Knowledge about (1+1 SNCP) & Worked.
14)Migration of PDH (Minilink E) with SDH
E1 provisioning for new sites

15) Knowledge of RBS Alarm ( Internal & External) in BTS.
