degree of performance. It is undeniable to believe that the job satisfaction impact positively on
performance. However, appetite comes with eating is perceived to describe the current issue
when employees believe the benefits they have is the accountability of the company. In that
sense, the employees tend to work with less efforts but want to receive the same wages and
reward. The article manifests the paradoxical reality that the company pay more but witnesses
decrease its effectiveness.

instantaneously on the employee perception. That means unless having a durable, passionate and

Consequently, these cost time and money for any firm.
In addition, the default on attitude measurement drives the notion is evaluating employee
attitudes based on subjective perception. In fact, the manager alleges they can understand their
employees personality or judge the performance by their acuity. Nonetheless, what if they are
too tender or hash? The conflict as well as the inequality will happen as a result of
sentimentality. Even if the manager strives to handle the problems, there is not the fundamentals
they can base in to reward or punish.
To root out the cause of three problems, the article point out that the manager seems to
not understand broadly and deeply the work behavior. According to the experts of WapoGroup,

compliance proactivity, integrity, teamwork, self-monitoring and work intensive. These indexes
will support the more accurate decision and obviously save the money for company.
