The Treaty of Lisbon (Lisboa)

Ever since the UK signed the treaty in 2007 there has been catastrophic decay within the
infrastructure of the country. To take back power instead of Governing which they should do with or
without the treaty, they have built a behind the scenes system based on fraud and corruption and
harassment and stalking. The Rules and Regulations and the Policy's and Procedures are clear under
the treaty. Take them as a Quality System. If you do not conform no matter how bad the system is
any new system will also have this none conformance all round. Don't attack the system make the
system better. Do your best at all times.

What is the issue of Governance and this relates back to before the days of Independence in India.
Why keep creating massive scale issues and problems when you can let the smallest of things go?

This does not mean I agree with all but one has to take both sides of the story and if this is the
attitude to be had why do you think some people have bad memory's in places like Iran? A valid
question of ethics is to be called on.

We look at the Next Programme implemented in to France Telecom and Orange and the current
partnership of EE. An harassment programme of staff. I do not agree with many policy's of Russia
but take it from someone from Russia and ask them what they think when they see this going on.
There are always two sides of the story and truth be told ask yourself why certain countries veto
certain things. What's the real reason?

If you do not conform under the Quality System you will get rejects. The more rejects the more it can
cost you. Imagine a critical part in a car like an air bag. The knock on effect of none conformance is a
bit more than just parts and labour. There are consequences and long term ones at that that cannot
be reversed.

With this discriminatory system in place so not to bring major attention to the matter we need an
escape goat. That scapegoat has been the Welfare State and System of the UK. Let's not be naive the
people who thought up the discriminatory system did there maths and worked out that they need
the current Welfare System as it is to stop people asking real questions.

If we take the Home Office for example why they can't be honest and this is based on fact that even
if they did have total control of the world and total control of policy and procedure without courts it
would take 10 years to reduce levels significantly. It is a blatant lie for people like UKIP to sound
people about immigration when in many parts there is no problem at all. The other effect is why be
so blatant as if you tell people if we get in it will be sorted in months.

If I was a visitor to the UK and did my home work I truly would not be spending money in an area
voted by people who support UKIP. Why would I want to spend my hard earned money there?

Maybe next we will be getting slightly off white ghettos .Whatever next!
