Application for a higher semester

If you intend to apply for a higher semester
(Quereinsteiger) or if you have to apply
(Hochschulwechsler/Wiedereinschreiber) for a higher
semester, you are obliged to submit the following
documents:
o Proof of further terms of study, course work and
examinations in Germany or abroad after your
primary university degree as officially certified
copies, international certificates with translations

o Placement into the appropriate term of studying
(Fachsemester) by the responsible examination
board, please mind the deadlines (Quick Access:
101641)

Applicants for Automotive Systems, Elektrotechnik,

Informatik and Technische Informatik have to
submit English language proficiency, confirmed by
the responsible examination board of the faculty,
until application deadline only for graduates of TU
Berlin, external graduates have to submit the
aforementioned proof until the enrollment

application at TU Berlin?

I. Application form

With the following list you can check what documents you
have to submit for an application to a masters program at
uni-assist or graduate admissions IA1.
It is only a support for your application. All application
documents have to be submitted as hard copies in the proper
form and in time to uni-assist or graduate admissions IA1.
Incomplete applications will be rejected due to formal
reasons.

External applicants only have to upload the documents at
