1. Reported speech
Usamos el Reported Speech cuando queremos decir o hacer mencin sobre
algo que alguien dijo anteriormente.
Direct speech
"I always drink coffee". She
said.
"Yo siempre bebo caf." Ella dijo.
Reported speech
She said that she always drank
coffee.
Ella dijo que ella siempre beba caf.
Usamos verbos como explain, promise, say, tell, suggest... Aunque los ms
utilizados son say, tell y ask.
No es necesario cambiar el tiempo del verbo si el verbo de la oracin
principal est en presente.

4. Oraciones
SENTENCES
John: "My name's John" (direct speech)
He said (that*) his name was John (reported speech)
(Dijo que su nombre era John)
Se puede observar que despus del verbo "said" en el pasado es muy natural
seguir con el resto de la frase en el pasado: "...his name WAS John". Esto no
significa que ahora John no se llama John, se dice as por razones de una
concordancia de tiempos en la frase: "said" y "was".

Una pregunta en el estilo indirecto que exige la respuesta "s" o "no" debe llevar
