When Eric Bailey was born with a congenital deformity of the knee joint his parents
were told he'd never walk properly and being unable to care for him, they gave him up
for adoption.
Poverty, crime, drugs, and a flawed educational system surrounded him. Eric was often
told that his fate was already sealed and that he would end up in a gang, drug addicted,
in prison, or dead. Eric knew he had a decision to make, and he made a decision to
follow his dreams and never give up.
Eric went on to have a successful career as an NBL Basketball player in Australia, a
career that spanned over 12 years. How did he do it? Be at this breakfast to learn how
to develop the same mindset and attitude that took Eric Bailey to the heights of
success.
Eric recently finished a speaking tour with Richard Branson.
