This refers to ARYONE tv program „views on news‟ telecasted on 28th June 2005.

The best comments on the issue of „division of districts‟, are, probably, those of
Makhdoom Amin Fahim, he gave during his visit of Khairpur District and published
in sindhi newspapers. I wish you could read Sindhi. I translate the comments for
you. He said “Tor Phor has started with districts, let us see where it ends”.

Saeen G.M Syed often used to say to his followers “you should not focuss your
efforts and energy on the destruction of Pakistan, but go and prepare yourself so as
to handle the situation of the future and your country (desh), for Pakistan will reach
its destiny by itself. Nobody else but the creaters of the Pakistan will destroy it”.
There used to be many people even among his party who had opposed these views
of Saeen. But Saeen used to say that Pakistan is un-natural country founded on
principles which are not based on natural realities on which the states are formed in
modern age. It will reach to its logical end.

The picture is becoming clearer and clearer with every passing day.

Pakistan is among the top most corrupt countries, where there is no rule of law,
where there is no protection of respect of people, where state supports and
encourages oppressor (zaalim), criminals, dacoits, and corrupt, where persons
involved in heinous crimes of murder and those leaders of under-world are provided
top slots in the government like Governors, Ministers and Advisors (Surely all of
them will runaway at the first opportunity after fall of government), where the
Judiciary is hostage of powerful pockets, where the constitution, law and the whole
system of government is changed every other day (by single persons in many
cases) to serve some elements in power and the vested interests, where opinion of
the people is bulldozed by dhong of democracy (no elaboration required…the last
half century‟s history is full of such evidences), where poor becomes more poor,
where medicines and health facilities are beyond the reach of common people,
where an ordinary person can not afford heavy expenditures of god schools [still
the song of merit is being tuned very day, the poor can not think of competing the
rich educated from abroad and from expensive educational institutions made for
rich], where living of working peasants and laborers is worst, where there are
millions of people who are deprived of one glass of clean water, where natives
(Sindhi, Punjabi, Pathan, Baluch Seraiki etc) are made slaves, where looters,
plunderers, chor bazaaris, bhatta khors, illegal money minters, zakheera andoz,
munafa khor, drug and human traffickers, kidnappers, killers …..and persons and
gangs involved in all type of illegal and criminal acts have full liberty and protection
by the government (agencies, functionaries, top officials) [news papers are full of
such reports], where the government departments and organizations (whose duty
must be to protect the peoples interests and serve them) are involved by
themselves (as an organization) [gone are the days when some individuals were
used to corrupt practices – now the decisions are made by the organizations in the
meetings of top slots and boards of directors to plunder the poor people –excessive
metering and billing of electricity by wapda, import and export of food items wheat,
oil, etc….there are much more examples] in loot and plunder of people of its own
country [there are no more farangi who used to be blamed], where what is not
done to oppress the already much oppressed poor people.

Here is a typical rule of jungle and might is right. The person who has the biggest
gun occupies the top most slot, people like or not. Nobody is safe, the most
powerful (rulers) are even not sure that what will happen with them after taking of
their uniform (wardi).

There are a lot of points to be pondered upon.

In whose interests is Kalabagh Dam. All the Provincial Assemblies from 1985 till
1997 except Punjab have passed bills against it. All the popular (mass) parties
inclusive of Muslim League (N), PPP, religious parties, nationalists (and many
members and leaders of Muslim League Q even) oppose the construction. Still the
Government says it is in favour of country….which country…..do somebody
answer……it is or not…that is separate discussion….but building the dam at this time
and by force is clearly aimed to widen the gulf between Punjab and the Smaller
Provinces….whose interests will be served, definitely not of natives…including
Punjabi.

There has never been any war or disputes between people of this land on both
sides of river Indus…..residing here through out centuries….why hatred is created
after so called independence of Pakistan [though there is need to debate the issue
of independence of Pakistan….since Pakistan did not existed before 14 August
1947…so there is no question of independence…it can be termed in any other words
- another question arises here is 'who creates such confusions and why']

Who has created ideological confusions in the country, such as the notion of
nationhood on the basis of religion (Muslim nation – two nation theory etc) till 14th
August (technically) and geographical basis (Pakistani nation – which never existed
in the history) after 14th August 1947.

Why history of pre and post separation from India is being distorted. Why the
youth are not told of their past, history of the regions that formed Pakistan [the
history of Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, NWFP], details of each province and
(princely) state and how these regions joined Pakistan, the dynasties that ruled
these areas, the Heroes who fought for the motherland (Shah Inayat Shaheed,
Makhdoom Bilawal, Dodo Soomro, Dulah Darya Khan, Hosh Muhammad Shidi), why
people are not being told truth about Raja Dahir and Bin Qasim, why glorious
periods of this land are not told to the young, why and who are afraid of all
this…..[do they think that in the era like today they will keep away the next
generations from knowing the truth about their ancestors and their
motherland]…..Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan, Makran, Pakhtoonkhwa, Kharan, Qalat,
Bahawalpur, Sawat, Chitral, Sarawan, Jhalawan, Khairpur, are the regions in
reality….the foundation of Pakistan and so are the people of these regions Sindhi,
Baluchi, Brahvi, Punjabi, Seraiki, Pakhtoon, Hazara, Hinko etc. Who prevents
Pakistan to laydown foundation on the ground realities…..The aggressors will never
be accepted as Heroes by the natives though Muslims…..

Why native of this country are forced to own Indian language Urdu (though of
Muslims), culture and history…..Does this really serve the purpose of Islam….or the
interests of the (native) people of Pakistan….to forget their own language, culture,
heroes and history accept and adopt (alien) Indian language, culture and
history…..there is no such obligation or bar on the people of other 56 Muslim
countries.

What is common in all the above vested interests.

From the division of India to division of Sindh it is one group of people who is
always seen conspiring…..they were never sincere to their land (India) they used to
live (rule) for centuries….they were never sincere to land (of east Pakistan – now
Bangladesh) and conspired against it…..they are never sincere to the land that have
given them shelter and opportunities (better than the sons of soil have) and
conspire division of it by making pieces of it on the basis of language and their
alien orientation.

These people are highly unreliable who have left their (99%) brothers (and sisters)
in India, they have been changing their countries (watan….central
Asia…Afgahnistan….India…now Pakistan - Sindh) for the sake of money and
luxuries, they left Bangladesh (a poor country…though Muslim unlike India
dominated by Hindu…as per their notion…whom they had adopted at their own will
and lived as a privileged class there till its independence from Pakistan), many of
these people are leaving towards Non-Muslim Westeren countries and Australia and
Newzealand [why….their ancestors took plea for not living with Hindus for being
Kafirs…and that they could not tolerate seeing Haram Meat (Khinzeer) openly
placed in Bazaars….Alchohol (Sharab) bars….etc….why they have forgotten ‘two
nation theory’ that the Muslims and Kafirs can not live in the same
country……or it was just to grasp the land and resources of poor and simple people
of regions now included in Pakistan]

These vested interested have deep roots and hold in Military, Civil Bureaucracy,
Judiciary, all policy making institutions which they have obtained through
conspiracy by not allowing democracy in the beginning of Pakistan and till
date…..for they will be eliminated in the long run and replaced by natives…..they
have made the opportunist Jagirdars, Chowdries, Khans, Pirs, Waderas, Sardars
join them for their ill designs and for that purpose they serve their interests. They
have also allied other vested interests to support their ill wills.
The division of Sindh into pieces is apparently for the reasons

 to capture and rule the areas as much as they can by themselves directly (so
as to settle the people of their race and origin and bring to settle more and
more aliens/Indians to those areas; and
 to allow their allies opportunist Jagirdars, Pirs, Mirs and Waderas rule the rest
of the areas and perpetuate the oppression on the people through their
Gundas, Dacoits, Police and state machinery so that genuine native/mass
leadership does not come forward.

Their ultimate goals are either

 to capture the whole country for the sake of Indians (Muslims); or

 alternatively, to capture the land of Sindh and Baluchistan (particularly
Gawadar and Coastal areas) if the country gets out of their hands and
breaksdown

If all their ill wills fail, and the country fails as a state their leadership alongwith
their allies opportunist Jagirdars, Chowdries, Khans, Pirs, Waderas, Sardars will
leave the people [as they have been doing in the past] at the will of Allah and the
new masters.

These vested interests and their ill-intentions should be identified by natives of this
land and those who have left their previous countries (due any reason) and choose
to live here with the natives (not as a ruler but as brothers and co-countrymen as
Baluch, Syed, Samat, Abra, Pathan, Brohi, Seraiki, Punjabi live in Sindh without any
difference between them…nobody from outside can differentiate among them that
who is who).

The dialogue among the natives (including those who have opted to
settle here permanently and who links their own interest with those of
natives….those who do not advocate entry of aliens…Biharis or other Indians on any
grounds even being Musliman) must be initiated at people level. Intellectuals
from among all native people should meet and discuss the future of the Pakistan (a
rare and first opportunity to the people of these regions to get back their glory of
thousands years ago)……the well wishers of this land and people should have to
think about the country before it becomes too late in the contest of fast changing
internal, regional and international situation.

[By native, I mean here all those people who historically belong to the land of
Pakistan and those who have migrated after partition of India and linked their
interests and future with this land and people of this land….and do not profess the
interests of aliens (including Indian) and do not recognize the right of natives on
this land (country) but of all of Indian Muslims]
